Betting Rules

These Betting Rules ("Rules") govern how Coldbet accepts bets, settles winnings, and resolves disputes on coldbet-bd.com/. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules.

1. Definitions

• Bet — an agreement between the customer and Coldbet on the outcome of an event, placed under these Rules.
• Outcome — the result of the event(s) on which a bet is placed.
• Customer — an individual who places a bet with Coldbet.
• Void Bet — a bet that is not settled based on the event outcome; the stake is refunded and no arrangement is deemed to have been concluded.
• Regular Time — the official duration of an event as defined by the rules of the relevant sport, including added/injury time but excluding extra time, overtime, or penalty shootouts unless stated otherwise.

2. Who Can Bet

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to place bets.
• By registering, you confirm you do not suffer from a gambling addiction and that gambling is legal in your place of residence.
• The following individuals may not place bets: minors; participants in the event being bet on (athletes, coaches, referees, club officials) or anyone acting on their behalf; representatives of other bookmakers; and individuals otherwise prohibited by law from entering into a betting contract.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using coldbet-bd.com/ is legal in your jurisdiction. Availability of the Website does not constitute an invitation to bet where such activity is prohibited by local law.
• We reserve the right to refuse a bet from any customer, or close an account, without providing a reason, including where local law prohibits use of our services.

3. General Betting Terms

• Bets are accepted based on the markets and odds displayed at the time of the bet.
• The minimum stake is set for each market; maximum stakes and maximum payouts vary by sport, event, and market, and may be adjusted or restricted by Coldbet at its discretion without prior notice.
• A bet is considered accepted once it has been registered on our servers and confirmed online. Once accepted, a bet cannot be altered or cancelled by the customer.
• Bets are only accepted up to the customer’s available account balance. The stake is deducted immediately upon acceptance; winnings are credited after settlement.
• Bets placed after an event has started are void, except for Live (in-play) bets, which remain valid until the event ends.
• Winnings are paid within 30 calendar days from the official publication of the final result.
• If odds, results, or bet details were affected by an obvious error (e.g. incorrect odds, a technical fault, or a clear misprint), Coldbet reserves the right to declare the affected bets void and settle them at odds of 1.00 (stake refunded).
• Coldbet reserves the right to void bets, or refuse to pay out, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, manipulation of events, use of another customer’s account, or unusual/suspicious betting patterns.
• These Rules may be updated at any time; amendments take effect immediately upon publication and apply to bets placed after that date. Previously placed bets are settled under the Rules in effect at the time they were made.

4. Types of Bets

• Single Bet — a bet on one outcome. Return = stake × odds.
• Accumulator (Multiple) Bet — a bet combining several unrelated selections; all selections must win for the bet to pay out.
• System Bet — a bet consisting of multiple accumulators built from a set number of selections, allowing some selections to lose while the bet still pays out on the accumulators that won.
• Chain Bet — a series of single bets on unrelated outcomes, where the stake rolls forward from one bet to the next.
• Promo Code Bet — a bet made using a promotional code issued at Coldbet’s discretion, subject to the specific terms of that promotion. Promo code bets are non-refundable and may not count toward other promotions.

5. Live (In-Play) Betting

• Live bets are accepted on main markets (win, total, handicap) and additional markets while an event is in progress.
• A live bet is accepted once registered and confirmed on our servers; it cannot be altered or cancelled once placed.
• Coldbet is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in live scores or statistics shown on the Website. Customers should refer to official or independent sources for real-time event information.

6. Match Results, Dates & Settlement

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the event, as declared by the relevant sports federation, tournament organiser, or other authoritative source.
• Displayed dates, start times, and event details in the Sports/Live sections are indicative only; Coldbet is not liable for discrepancies between displayed and actual event information.
• Complaints about a result must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the event’s conclusion, accompanied by relevant official documentation where available.
• If an event is postponed by more than 48 hours from its scheduled start, pre-match bets on that event are generally voided (refunded), unless the specific circumstances warrant otherwise.
• If a match or event is abandoned partway through, outcomes that were already conclusively determined at the time of interruption stand; all other bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (refunded), unless sport-specific rules state otherwise.
• If official data sources conflict, Coldbet reserves the right to settle bets based on video evidence or another reliable independent source.

7. Sport-Specific Rules

In addition to these general Rules, individual sports and bet markets (football, basketball, tennis, esports, and others) are subject to additional sport-specific settlement rules covering match duration, overtime, walkovers, and statistical markets. These detailed rules are available within the relevant Sports section of the Website or on request from customer support.

8. Liability

Coldbet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of profit) arising from use of the Website or from these Rules, even where such losses were foreseeable.

9. Governing Language

These Rules may be published in multiple languages for the convenience of our customers. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the English-language version shall prevail as the legal basis of the relationship between the customer and Coldbet.
